4. Payments and Fees

  • Revenue Sharing: If you are a Fixer selling content, you will receive a share of revenue according to our current payout policy, available in your account dashboard.

  • Refunds: Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and in line with applicable consumer laws.

  • Our Rights: All MrFix.com trademarks, branding, and original content are owned by us or licensed to us.

  • Your Rights: You retain ownership of content you upload but grant MrFix.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, promote, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

  • Respecting Others: You agree not to upload, share, or sell any content you do not own or have permission to use.
